Rentlux operates as an intermediary marketplace platform connecting customers with independent car rental providers and fleet operators within the United Arab Emirates.

Rentlux does not own all vehicles listed on the platform unless explicitly stated.

2. Booking Process

All bookings submitted through the platform are subject to approval and availability confirmation by the respective rental provider.

A booking shall only be considered confirmed after:

- Payment confirmation, or - Direct confirmation from the rental provider.

3. Vehicle Information

Vehicle descriptions, specifications, pricing, mileage limits, deposits, insurance terms, delivery conditions, and rental policies are provided by the respective rental company.

Rentlux shall not be held responsible for inaccuracies provided by third-party rental providers.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers agree to:

- Provide valid identification and driving documents. - Submit accurate booking information. - Comply with UAE traffic laws and rental policies. - Return vehicles according to agreed terms.

5. Payments & Booking Fees

Rentlux may charge booking fees, transaction fees, service charges, or platform fees.

Certain booking fees may be non-refundable depending on booking status and confirmation timelines.

Payment gateway processing charges may apply.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on:

- Booking status - Rental provider approval - Cancellation timing - Payment processing status

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banking and payment providers.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Rentlux acts solely as an intermediary platform and shall not be held liable for:

- Vehicle condition - Mechanical failures - Accidents - Damages - Insurance disputes - Traffic fines - Salik charges - Customer misconduct - Rental provider disputes - Delivery delays - Third-party service failures

All rental-related operational responsibilities remain with the rental provider and customer.

8. Account & Platform Usage

Users may not:

- Submit false information - Abuse the platform - Attempt unauthorized access - Interfere with system functionality - Use the platform for unlawful activities

Rentlux reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating platform policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, website content, platform design, logos, systems, and materials belong to Rentlux and/or their respective owners.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial usage is prohibited.

10. Changes To Terms

Rentlux reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
